Virtual Consultation

Dear Patient,

To maximize your experience and to help you understand your optimal treatment plan without having to physically be in the office, we offer virtual online consultations.
We developed a simple process to follow:

  • Please fill out the form below with your information. You may also upload photos of your area of concern, however, uploading pictures is not necessary at this time as we have a system to obtain necessary information that will be explained to you once we are in touch.
  • A staff member will reach out to you. We will arrange for a day and time for a live video consultation with Dr. Griffin. You will be given a full set of instructions as well as a secure link to use on your cell phone, desktop or laptop to start the video at your specific appointment time.
